1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging
  • Items must be free from perfume, makeup stains, odors, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Final Sale items
  • Bodysuits
  • Lingerie & intimates
  • Swimwear without hygiene liners
  • Earrings & accessories
  • Gift cards

For hygiene reasons, these items are considered final sale.

3. How to Start a Return

Please contact our customer support team before sending any return.

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is usually 1–5 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

PETALMOLLY is not responsible for lost return packages.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment, it can no longer be canceled.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s) received
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the issue and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
